What do they do?
The organisation has developed a solar car kit and a boat designed to be employed as educational resources which present a hands-on, problem solving approach to learning how energy from the sun can be used to power electric devices.
What support is offered to Schools?
The solar car kits can be bought from the organisation and employed to demonstrate the application of renewable energy and sustainability. They have been designed to meet National Curriculum requirements in Science: Maths and Design & Technology.
Example of activities
Hands on workshops and demonstrations can be arranged for a fee in schools.
