Transform Our World (Global Action Plan)

What do they do?

The Transform Our World website contains learning resources, runs online events for educators and delivers a bi-weekly newsletter, alongside a programme of work in schools across England to engage young people in youth social action. Once a year the Transform Our World Youth Summit brings young people together online for sessions on climate learning, discovery and action.

What do they offer schools?

In addition they also have the Schools Climate Action Planner (click here to access) which has a special facility for Greater Manchester schools. The tool is designed to help your school to reduce the school's carbon footprint, help everyone in the school community understand the issues surrounding the climate crisis and what they can do to take action, build on wellbeing and personal development in the actions you take.
